Meet Our Chef
Ken is one of the few chefs in the U.S. with a teaching license for pufferfish and Shiki is one of the few restaurants in Seattle that serves the delicacy. The way he fillets pufferfish is beautiful and efficient. When you blink your eyes, a pufferfish is beautifully served in front of you. You have not tried Fugu? Try it out. You won't regret it.
